  1. He may have fallen off a bit in the past few weeks, but his overall numbers are still solid. I'm not worried.
  2. Just throwing out names I've heard thrown around: Bronson Arroyo Joe Blanton Rich Harden Paul Byrd Brad Penny AJ Burnett Aaron Cook Matt Cain Noah Lowry Jeff Suppan There are probably more and these could probably be false rumors. Who knows.
  3. See: Baker, Dusty I was just gonna post that. Quick, call Corey Patterson back up.
  4. I'm excited about this. Can't wait to see how he does.
  5. I'll believe it when I see it, but a Z and CC 1-2 punch is drool worthy.
  6. I didn't know he was even still playing and the NY media is now hailing him as some amazing pinch hitter.
  7. I like Greinke, and DeJesus is decent. But at the cost of what tradeable prospects we have? I don't know.
  8. Dusty Baker- The gift that keeps on giving. I have to admit, I laughed when I heard but I really feel bad for him.
  9. Not worried. He'll catch fire soon and take some more walks.
  10. I can't see this happening. Hendry is probably pissed about what happened this winter and I don't see why the O's would trade him while they still have control of him. Also, isn't he very wild? I remember him walking 10 batters in a game once.
  11. I don't know about the rest of you, but I personally love Houses of the Holy. I have Presence and was less than impressed when I first heard it, and I'm a pretty big Zep fan. It's still a good album but doesn't come close to the others.
  12. When I first heard about the Nomar trade, I nearly passed out from excitement. Good times.
  13. It was a late ST 3-team trade. We got Bynum, the Ranhgers got Koronka, and the A's got some minor league pitcher I beleive. Look up two posts. :DYou win.
  14. I'd be more against this move if cotts was sucking down in AAA. However, he's actually thrown well, so I guess it's worth a try. I'm sure we'll see Ascancio back up this season.
  15. That's a good way to make everyone hate you.
  16. Kevin Hart for John Koronka, basically, because I believe we traded Koronka for Bynum. Good trade(s). So who's Dusty's new favorite in Cincy now? I swear Koronka went the year before. Bynum we got from the A's and Koronka went to Texas. Can someone put this together for us? It was a late ST 3-team trade. We got Bynum, the Ranhgers got Koronka, and the A's got some minor league pitcher I beleive. I must say I'm an Andy Phillips fan without a valid reason. He's also the definition of a AAAA player.
  17. All hail Bruce. The Reds have some great young kids on their team if Dusty doesn't destroy their souls and skills.
  18. How long til Dusty benches him/has him demoted/forgets he's on the roster?
  19. I saw that list and wondered why the heck Jackson and Uggla are there. I guess they didn't have anyone better to use.
  20. Wow, jsut saw this. Sad, sad stuff. He was awesome when he first came up with the Cubs. RIP.
