    That would be great but I'd like to bolster the rotation first. If we can do that and have plenty left over for Beltran, I'd go for it. However, it seems like it would be a one-or-the-other scenario.

    I dunno, Marmol might not lead the team in that stat. Soto has a case for that title, too. The name of that award is actually Geovany Soto.

    Winn wouldn't be terrible if we don't have to give up much, but he's nothing special either. I'd rather focus on another pitcher for now and see what Hoff/Edmonds/Reed can do out there for now.

    I think Burnett is fairly likely. I actually heard the Yankees have interest in Paul Byrd and Randy Wolf and won't try and trade for Sabathia.

    On Sportscenter this morning, they said during highlights of the Yankees game that Yankees announcer Ken Singleton tried to speak Japanese and Hideki Matsui said through an interpretor that Singleton needs some practice. Greenberg went on to say casually that Matsui shouldn't be saying that to anyone seeing as he said it through an interpretor. I just thought it was amusing.
