How many end of game situations has gesell blown? it is truly astonishing. uthoff must literally say he does not want the ball.

wichita state is likely one of the best 20 teams in the country, but their resume didn't reflect that. sucks for arizona, but wsu was seeded where they should have been based on what they accomplished. now if you want to not consider resume and evaluated based on the eye test or whatever, then yeah they were underseeded.

Those three fanbases will definitely travel. abuck, are you sensing an impending Big 12 faceplant like I am? yes, said it weeks ago. ku got a brutal bracket, and I was leery of ou even before they hit their little tailspin. hield went bananas against isu in B12 tourney and they still barely won. feels like they need 35 from him every game and that's asking a lot. i'm 50/50 on whether iowa st even gets by iona. just isu's luck to draw a 3 pt gunning team. more impressed by wvu than I was a few weeks ago, but if they draw refs with a spine they could lose to anyone.

it's very frustrating that the outcome of every iowa st game depends almost entirely on whether niang gets two first half fouls.

iowa and illinois really trying to out-collapse one another.

they've been ahead or tied with 5 min or less in 7 of their 8 conf losses. three road OT losses, 2 of which Iowa st had the last shot in regulation to win. pretty obnoxious season.
