I love the Cubs, not just Murton. Mostly anything else not regarding Murton is started by someone else anyway so I just start threads when I have questons regarding Murton.

Worthless stat. Floyd has been a bottom feeder as far as corner outfielders go. Wich means Lou clearly doesn't like Murton, is he suposed to start tomorrow?

Floyd is not an everyday player if for no other reason because of his health, or lack there of.

I'm going with the latter. Not if he's moved for Dunn or Griffey. Otherwise, yeah, probably. Exactly my thoughts, but i'd be weary about how many other prospects we give up.

Floyd has played 3 straight games, that's really unlikely yea i kno..I just can't imagine calling murton up, hes supposed to play, then he's pulled all of a sudden..whats going on? If we traded him i'd be shocked..theyve said alot of times they want to keep murton for sure Murton was hangin' with Prior. Enough said.

Yea, its' getting ridiculous. Particularly when there's a ground ball and he's got to pick it up and try and throw the runner out.

When you've got GMs like Hendry and Krivskey involved, it might. Our GM just said last week that he'd look to see how the offense does the upcoming week to see if we need to add a bat or not. I wouldn't put it past Hendry to bring up Murton to showcase him for a couple days. Perhaps I should start a don't trade Murt to the Reds campaign. If it's for Griffey then your campaign would be foolish. Fixed, Dunn K's way too much and has godawful defense for a .300 hitter which Murton is anyway. Last I heard Murt's defense is growing strong.
