    Yes and I'm one of the biggest Noah fans around. It would be heartbreaking, as I'd really love to see Noah win a championship here, but you'd have to do it. That said, no way the Cavs or Bulls would do it.

    Which should be totally fine with everyone. As previously mentioned it can be done. Basically would need the Knicks to agree to take Boozer in a sign and trade and maintain enough assets to deal along with Taj and Butler to get Minnesota to bite. So basically it's not happening. Most hopeful, realistic scenario for me is Boozer, Dunleavy, non-guaranteed expirings, and picks for Melo and JR Smith. NY wants to dump his 2015-16 salary and I actually like him as a third wing scorer off the bench. I'd probably include Mirotic's rights as well if necessary. By doing a S + T you get to keep Taj and get to use the MLE, which is huge. Could then keep DJ or grab another wing player or big and sign Hinrich to the vet min. Rose/Hinrich Jimmy/JR Smith Melo/Snell Taj/MLE Noah/Smith

    Lol if you're getting Love and Melo you're losing Mirotic and probably Jimmy Butler. Which I'm sure would be completely fine with every Bulls fan in the world.

    I think there's a middle ground here. Same here. Not the end all, be all. But I do think it matters. I guess I've done a 180 here. I wanted Shark dealt over the offseason, maybe even as far back as the prior deadline. But there's just SOOOOO few guys out there.....The return had better be epic, if he's dealt. I've come around to only really being excited about a Boston deal at this point -- if Betts is part of the package. I haven't been following Shark rumors, has Betts been rumored? Or just somebody we want? It would be refreshing to have a top prospect who is really, really good at not striking out. So sick of worrying about K%

    They'll split in LA, win game 5 because that's what they do, and then hopefully have enough momentum to win game 6 in LA. Do not want to go to a game 7, even if it is at home.

    I don't think Love has ever publicly said anything about who is preferred team is. Reports came out this weekend that he wants a big market (NY or LA). Then a report came out this afternoon stating his top priority is being able to win now (CHI or GS). I think the Bulls fit in well for both reasons. Is there a way to make salaries match without including Taj? I'd assume Minnesota would rather have Mirotic's rights and if you can keep Taj you can move him for a similar quality SG/SF. Someone like Afflalo?

    Or Thursday. Or they could do an afternoon hockey game, followed by a night basketball game, right? Why in God's name would the NHL play an afternoon game on a weekday? I believe he is talking about Saturday, which is where the conflict with the Bulls would take place. Well that makes a lot more sense. Just ignore my previous post. Yeah sorry poor wording. Meant if the Bulls get eliminated on Thursday. But good point about OT. And according to the internet it takes 2 hours for the UC to go from ice to court and slightly less to go from court to ice. So it would make much more sense to do the NBA game first.

    I don't see that happening, but if it does, it would be difficult to see us losing a game 7 at home after coming back from 3-1.

    It seems excessive but the rule states if a player headbutts another player he's ejected, suspended 1 additional game, and potentially fined. Unless you want to argue that Nene did not headbutt Jimmy.

    Play Dunleavy. He had a strong 3rd quarter and was playing really well. It was painful watching Hinrich brick shot after shot.
