The rule is that at the end of each season if any of your players are over the limit we set (100ABs for a hitter/50IP for a pitcher) then you have to put them onto your major league roster or cut them. For example, you have Milledge, Drew, Martin, and Sowers all over the limit. You have to add them to your major league team or drop them by the start of next season. Those limits are also for their career, not just one season. So say a player gets 60Abs in 2005 and then 60Abs in 2006...thats 120 for their career, so you have to bring them up. I'll update davecubsfan's roster on the site and you can copy and paste it into your own thread. I'll get to that in a couple days, and let you know when the roster is up to date.

I think Hendry did well on the Perez and Nevin trades. Yeah, the Perez deal was amazing. Still don't know how we pulled that one off. I think that's what happens when you have an injury and no back ups...a little desperation. I think Infinte (sp) is a better player so Detroit definately overpayed for a backup. Yeah, but I'm sure there is someone currently not playing in the major leagues or in their minor league system, that could do as good or better than Neifi.

yeah...a surprise. he's played pretty well, but was there really any reason to reach like that at 13th overall? Snider would have been a much better pick, imo. hopefully i'm wrong about this one, though.

Defense played very poor tonight. Charlie Batch didn't look too bad either. Probably a combination of Charlie Batch playing better than expected and the Dolphins D playing much worse than expected. The Steelers also have quite a few good players around Batch.

Yeah, apparently Villalona was already taken and I missed it, so I went with Monterro. I'm hoping Suarez or the ND WR/P (dont wanna even try spelling his name w/o looking it up) are available next time my pick comes around.

Alright. So if you were doing a fantasy prospect draft, would you take Montero or someone else over Sinkbeil, Huff, and Marrero? Would Montero or Villalona be available next year? EDIT: I'd rather have Lincecum or Kershaw (from your first post). EDIT #2: From reading scouting reports (which are even more imprecise when it comes to 16-year olds, I like Villalona more). Well those guys are gone. I believe I read Villalona is going to start playing pro ball in the US next year. I'm assuming the same for Monterro. I read they expect Villalona to be in the majors in 3 years. It's pretty much between Villalona, Monterro, and either Sinkbeil or Marrero. I'm leaning towards Villalona or Monterro , because I really like their upside.

Who projects as the best international player signed this summer. Is it Montero or Villalona? Also, how do these guys compare to guys taken in the 2006 amateur draft (Lincecum, Morrow, Kershaw, etc...)? I need a quick answer and any information would be helpful. Thanks!
