And my guess is, he’s far from the only one on the Cubs that disagrees with the gay lifestyle. Opinions deserve scorn if they're [expletive] opinions. A white supremacist holds the opinion of racial superiority, and he should absolutely be vilified for such a thing. Holding horsefeathers opinions absolutely makes someone a horsefeathers person. Yes, they’re both scummy. But can we at least agree that there’s a big difference between the white supremacist whose white supremacy is limited to point of view and the one who actually acts upon it?

    I understand guys are slumping in masse, but it's kinda funny to say "starts getting deep" about a lineup that has consistently hit Schwarber and Contreras 6th and 7th, while having two of Zobrist, Almora, Happ on the bench every night when they were healthy. I can’t imagine that Maddon would allow Murphy near 2B unless it’s mid-blowout.

    Honestly, that's why I put in the (nearly) zero tolerance policy from the beginning. Given how things have evolved since 2004, I'm glad that we took that approach. I used to like BN, but lately he’s become a doom-monger.
