    His Ruthian start is more than likely a Jake Fox/Bryan LaHair-esque apparition. This being said, when you’re a contender, having such a thing is quite valuable. That and the fact that he’s not Daniel DeScalso makes him alright in my book.

    What’s this guys story? I say BN or Cubs Prospect guy tweet he didn’t top like 86 tonight. Does he have Hendricks like command? Is his delivery incredibly deceptive? Sorry. I hope I didn't come off as having seen his outing. I was just going off of the box score. 70 pitches, 55 strikes, no 3-ball counts... that's good stuff to me. Its true though, from what I've read, he doesn't light up the gun. But hes Mr. Irrelevant, last pick of the draft. That's a hell of a story as it is. The odds are stacked against him but he keeps defying them. I really want to see him succeed in the Majors. He’s 5’9, 225 lbs. He’s got to be either one of those stocky little muscle men or Super Mario.

    Daniel DeScalso is like Aaron Miles on Depakote.

    As long as the not-so dynamic duo of Russell and DeScalso continue to combine to form the biggest black hole in baseball and Zo continues to sulk at home or church or wherever he does his sulking, I see no reason not to give Robel a look-see.

    When did we pick up Jun Tazawa? I know he’s many moons separated from greatness (or even goodness,) and Kimbrel makes him that much more an afterthought, but it’s a fairly big name to be that under the radar.

    Pretty standard for an AAA to me- a few proper prospects (Happ & Alzolay,) a handfull of intriguing, fringey guys (Garcia, Mekkes, Norwood) and a bunch of expendable spare parts for the big league team.

    From what I hear, it’s his defense that 1st caught our scouts’ eye. Could be a useful reserve. Certainly more-so than Adduci.
