They could move a catcher to 1B, LaHair to the OF, and let an OF pitch if they were that desperate too. I get the inclination that DeJesus might be the pick if it gets to the 16th. How about Volstad. Then call up a starter when Marmol is DLd and then send him back down for a reliever the next day. Eh? Eh?

So now that he is n fact broken, who will be brought in to take his place? The obvious choice is Maine, who's already been up and successful. I sure would like to see Cabrera though. -

unreal. I wonder what that price tag will look like if he hits free agency. High, but his injury history will mitigate it. That genius Phil Rogers wrote the Milwaukee is the best fit. Yeah, that's likely. len and bob were talking about that earlier. one of his mentors is the hitting coach now. I doubt that they'll be able to afford both him and pitching. They don't want to go back to being a team that scores 7 runs a game and gives up 9.
