I hope Don Young doesn't choke down the stretch again. No wait that was 35 years ago, and he may very well be dead. The plight of the last 99 years has nothing to do with the current team. There aren't even many players left from the team that collapsed in '04, and most importantly there are no coaches or MANAGER left from that team. It just seems that the Cubs always choke. The evidence is there. You can't deny it. That being said, however, I feel good about this game. Hopefully they can rebound and the bats can put up 5 or so runs. Hopefully they'll win and the Brewers will lose and all will be well... True. If the Cubs cant muster at least another 3 wins against a couple of weak teams, and the Brewers can pull of 5 more consecutive wins, then The Brewers deserve to win it, and the Cubs dont and 2007 will simply go down as another dissapoining chapter in Cubs History. So true. BTW - Pad's are down again tonight. If they are out of it Brewers aren't going to see Peavy in the series. Phils already lost. The worst the Pads could do is go into the Milwaukee series down a game, so I cant see them being out of it by then.
