damn. I know a cousin of his, and he had a really bad stroke a couple of weeks ago I'm pretty sure that Daulton was mentally ill. That whole team.....the most normal dude on that team was Kruk, it seems. he was a time traveler, right?

I don't get people getting worked up about which uniform is worn home or away. You see them playing in either uniform all season long anyway. How could it possibly make a difference in your life if you see the home ones on the road and vice versa? How can that matter? The only possible way could be if you have a blackhawks type only road games on TV situation, and you hate that one uniform.

that was the impetus for this poll. twitter was having fun with the idea of the NYT thinking the city invented bread and butter, but that misses the point of the specific product that was being discussed. It's everywhere here and I cannot remember seeing it anywhere else before. I got it once, when I brought some chicken from home and wanted to make it into a sandwich and forgot about the whole pre-buttered aspect of the roll just sitting there on the counter. -
Wait, is McCarthy saying the seams on the new ball are higher? Because that is the opposite of what the research suggests, and the lowered seams are supposedly one of the main reasons the ball is flying out of the park. he's talking about the stitches keeping his skull intact

Just curious if you are aware of the theory this year that the baseballs are different and that pitchers are noticing something wrong with the stitching that may be causing blisters. I assume that he was either making a point or joke about that topic.

Ryan Tannehill is injured and there is speculation that Adam Gace may give Cutler a call. If Cutler signs with the Dolphins I might just buy that jersey and absolutely will watch every one of those games. Also it would be sweet to still have Cutler under contract so you can trade him to Miami for a 2nd round pick or something.
