  2. Let Schwarbs dong it open early and genital piercing can play the last three innings.
  3. When was last time somebody won back to back Stanley cups? The 90s? You have to win 4 7 game series. june.
  4. The Cardinals are driving up to Chicago, everybody be safe http://images.buddytv.com/articles/mm1.gif http://cimg2.ibsrv.net/cimg/www.soberrecovery.com/619x412_85/254/Don-Draper-59254.jpg

  7. Lolwut. Never heard Jay called boring before. Another [expletive] obsessed with cutlers facial expressions. Cutler wins that game on Sunday. Glennon was a wet sack of potatoes.
  8. Hell yeah he was and I had a 12th row seat to enjoy him for years thanks to my neighbor, who also warned me about NYC turning me into some liberal that believes in climate change.
  9. My guess is barstool reaches out to ask to participate while real journalists types from a newspaper or website would never do that. The Cubs are happy to more or less buy the PR. Where deadspin took the "we won't play nice like regular beat writers with access" route and called out [expletive] when they saw it, Barstool took a different variation of the non-traditional format but chose to kiss ass.
  10. It didn't take any film to know Glennon was awful for three quarters before mounting the comeback.
  11. The "nothing really matters this is all a joke" mentality is a negative in my opinion.
  12. I pretty much ignore Barstool sports and don't really know anything about them. Why does everyone hate them? I want to be mad online too. Long story short the site promotes a pretty ugly misogynistic agenda, especially from its followers. Its founder is an enormous pro-trump douche and all over awful guy. Big cat is a huge jock sniffer. More recently a boston barstool guy wrote about "keeping your politics out of the stadium" with regards to the racism conversation.
  13. The Rangers stadium was fine, and the Rangers offered as much. The Astros wanted it count as their road game and have the Rangers come to Houston late in the year when they were scheduled as home. They split the baby and left the state Yeah, that's what they settled on; the Marlins apparently don't have a problem going to Milwaukee. Oh well. the marlins are in the process of having the league approve a sale. They'll do as they are told.
  14. What a weird thing to say after his game yesterday. Cards fans fear him
  15. Sunday's game - which we really should have won - affirmed many people's beliefs that the team is good now and can probably hang with just about any team. The playbook is clearly mitigated due to Glennon's athleticism and that has to be frustrating for everybody - coaches, players, execs, etc. There's a very visible ceiling for the offense and the receivers' lack of separation would be a lot less noticeable with a QB who is able to extend plays and create passing lanes with mobility and improvisation This isn't even scratching the surface, as there is a world of difference in their release and ball placement, which are hugely important factors in a QBs ability, and just open up so much more offensive potential for the team. That said Pace really put his stamp on Glennon and paid a pretty penny to have him on the team and it's just difficult to see them actually abandon that experiment so quickly. Unless he comes out and is just an unbridled disaster then I think he's gonna get several starts to show his stuff. I don't see how Pace "put his stamp" on Glennon. He signed the guy to a big short-term contract then went out and drafted a QB 2nd overall. That's pretty much telling the guy you've got a couple weeks to do the job before we take it away. Also, how is it beyond you David that he isn't starting already despite some people at Halas Hall (there's a lot of people at Halas Hall) thinking he gives them the best chance now? It's a pretty simply concept.
  16. You can despoilerize that ubiquitous scene sammy sofa enjoying the world series victory
