  1. The odds are overwhelmingly in favor of "other."
  2. I'm more than a little curious to see what DodgerBlues has to say about this.
  3. Because in a sport like baseball when a guy has all the physical tools to succeed and isn't its something with his brain. Marmol's stuff is just as nasty as before so it's not like he just lost it. It would be like LeBron struggling next year. It wouldn't be because he all of sudden lost all his athletic ability. His stuff isn't as nasty as before.
  4. You know what the best thing about this game, and every game for the past two or three weeks is? Geo's finally looking good. It's just recently starting to translate into hits, but he's been murdering the ball as of late.
  5. So for those of us that have missed most of the game, what's up with the hats?
  6. I didn't see the Marmol inning, did he look awful?
  7. So have the All Star teams been announced now that voting is over?
  8. My priority is not wasting my time clicking that stupid All Star Ballot. I hope he makes it, but I've got much better things to do than vote for him hundreds of times.
  9. He was pretty brutal everywhere, especially 2nd, where he batted most of the season. Also, I love the lineup. I'd switch Edmonds and Soto but otherwise it's finally perfect.
  10. Nope. 2007 Theriot 1st: .300/.342/.420/.762, 161 PA's 2nd: .253/.324/.310/.634, 312 PA's 7th: .257/.350/.343/.693, 41 PA's 8th: .280/.321/.320/.641, 56 PA's You mods just can't let LLF have his fun can you? You have to correct his made up crap with reality. So mean.
  11. This isn't the first bad stretch he's had. He'll be fine.
  12. Wasted a good outing by Marquis. It would be just like the Cubs to lose 11-8 his next time out.
  13. The more pitches he sees, the more likely he is to get a hit. Right?
  14. With that huge outfield, could that have saved a run? I'm 99% sure it didn't, but let's pretend.
  15. Take the walk if he's going to give it to you, Mikey.
  16. And our fate is in the hands of... Mike Fontenot!
  17. If the Cubs blow another 9th inning scoring opportunity I'll flip. I don't even care if we win, we just have to score.
