This team more than any other team in baseball should be concerned with rotation health risks. I do like Burnett, but he's a health risk. Plain and simple. ironically enough burnett has thrown 200 innings twice and has never thrown 200 innings. -

no, it was over sho nakata though. i believe it was the mets for saito and nakata. its not the fact that they didnt sign them thats encouraging, but the fact that theyre making a bigger push than they did pre-ichiro. as you said its only a matter of time. saito may be that guy.

they signed w/ npb teams but there was a large push by mlb teams to sign the players. yuki saito can come here in three more years if he wants to though

there is still controversy but it would usually result over teams 6-10 getting in or not getting in. 1-5 will always get in except for really rare occasions.

Yeah, most definitely not created into a league. Stick with the 24 hour rule, but everyone needs to try to respond quicker. It took us, what like a month and a half last time? its january, most drafts arent until march. we can take 2 months 48 or 36 hours is better

i don't understand the idea of hating on a system that rewards teams for not losing in a short season and then advocating a system that kicks a team out that loses one game in a shorter season. because the system in the season that sucks right now is trying to put just 2 teams in the championship. look at it right now. osu is probably the 6th or 7th best team in the nation. if you have an 8 team format, then you wont have any huge glaring omissions...like the best team, USC.

the point is that the teams only play 13 games so classifying each game as a 0 for a loss and a 1 for a win is stupid.

michigan didn't give the blueprint - i think everyone already knew the blueprint, and michigan was about the last team to get their hands on it. michigan didnt stop the spread offense. floridas offense was fine. they contained tebow, only to see harvin trash them. florida rolled up 35, + 10 more points that they didnt score because of a missed fg and a blown call by a ref. michigans d wasnt successful. when you blitz like crazy you leave man on the outside and bubble screens can kill you: see florida.
