  1. Wow. What a penalty. http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionCity/7333/pictures/MilFight.jpg
  2. And the fumble costs 'em.
  3. that fumble cost them at least half a yard. Makes this one a tad more interesting.
  4. How in the heck do you rule that a fumble to begin with?
  5. That was some timeout, Jackson. Off-balance throws across the field into double coverage usually don't do much.
  6. Didn't show it on the replay, but that really looked like an illegal block in the back.
  7. You mean not sacrificing musical quality to be loud? Or the whole always wear sunglasses thing? Or would you have had them stop throwing liquids at anyone wearing UCLA attire? I would've fired myself out of embarrassment. All NU does is play old music that nobody has ever heard of, but at least it wasn't that. And while it pains me to say it, take a page out of Michigan's book and do a halftime show of Monty Python and the Holy Grail for cryin' out loud. You know, something that's both entertaining and won't force people to change the channel. Also, Northwestern doesn't come out of the tunnel to anything. The two times I can remember the entrance song for the wilcats at Ryan field, they were "Don't bring me down, Bruce" and the 1812 overture. They play the fight song when they actually run out (1812 right before that over the sound system). Of course, I'd just be happy if they didn't play during the coin toss or when the ref is talking after a review.

  9. I would have gone a different route if I headed the USC marching band.
  10. The last replay showed it was legal, though.
  11. Way to not hurry up on the PAT...and then miss it. And is there a way I can get the Spanish broadcast instead?
  12. Well that was interesting!
  13. Forgot to say it the other night, but refs really shouldn't say "there's indisputable video evidence" when the call on the field stands. Just say the call on the field stands.
  14. That's a heck of an interception.
  15. Surprisingly controlled the whole game and won easily. Vedran dropping 20 on Purdue in the first half was pretty nice. He was within four points of Purdue as late as the early second half.
  16. Sure didn't leave much room.
  17. not throw it away but pick it up and run yes. Was it a blatantly bad snap? I don't like that timeout call.
  18. Has anyone seen a holder throw it a way on third down when there's a bad snap?
  19. That's a new way to miss it.
  20. What the heck was that?
  21. Might want to try setting it up a few more yards towards the right hash next time.
  22. Yeah, we're gonna see a fumble returned for a TD in this OT.
  23. 2nd and 23 in OT and you throw a bomb to the endzone. That's what happens.
  24. Those are some horrible, horrible offensive plays.
