That would explain why the Bears said he was in Chicago despite not being at practice despite saying he would be.

According to the Trib, Benson wasn't at practice today.

So that second injury never healed? If it was the Marcus Giles incident, could it really take that long to heal, even with the throwing he's done since? Regardless, that's pretty crappy news. What a talent he could have been. Hopefully he can make it back someday.

The rain didn't help, but Kljestan should have been able to do more with that opportunity to win it. At least I think it was Kljestan. Watching 4 seconds at a time isn't a good way to follow it.
