I think this is the key to most of our small levels of excitement. The fact that we are building a little bit of depth with the talent level in our lower minors is a very encouraging sign.

What numbers are you using? Career .306/.393/.545 Fukudome .300/.366/.519 Iwamura Best season .351/.438/.653 Fukudome .300/.383/.583 Iwamura Geo and Fuku would be too much for the National League to handle.

He didn't come back to the majors until early August 2007. All of 2006 he was in the minors. Haha, I love it when this happens! Sarcasm is a beautiful thing, lost on so many.

7 of the 8 teams are below .500? That's crazy. The avg age of the well over 500 club is almost 23, while Boise who has two starting pitchers in their rotation at 18 in Acosta and 19 in Huseby. The Giants always seem to leave players at Salem longer than do other clubs. Thats basically true for all the lower levels of the Giants system. -
Aren't they no different than pre-August 31st trades, except the players aren't allowed on the playoff roster?
