It pleases me that the cubs are racking up wins while scoring like zero runs. That means when they do score runs, they’ll....continue to win

might've been worse especially given the fact that that team at least had an NFL WR. i still remember my exasperation at halftime of that falcons SNF game. then rex came in and immediately threw a like a 20 yard completion to moose. then we scored a TD, nevermind the fact that it was on an end zone pick that was fumbled and we picked back up. Rex coming in at half time and hitting Moose was a top 5 sports moment for me, there was something electric about it. Weird to think in retrospect, but there was so much anticipation there.

I don't even think the 2005 Kyle Orton games were managed this conservatively. Unbelievable.

I was gonna be shocked the Panthers punted but the chance the Bears get a first down is infinitesmal so its not the worst move

Its pretty incredible to play a game like this in 2017 and be in a powerful position to win. So, thats something.

All in all a very productive inning. Would have preferred more but really can't complain about running up pitches on Gio and getting a run.

Before it was implemented I hated the wild card game idea but its actually been really exciting and added additional importance to the regular season and winning your division so I like it now. Also the 2015 Cubs - Pirates game was one of my favorite sporting experiences ever -
