Vincent Jackson was suspended for the first 3 games of the season for violating the conduct policy (a couple DUI's). Another reason to not be all that keen on trading for him.

The sign and trade would clear cap space, presumably. They are very close to enough space for two max as it is. Not unless they trade Deng it won't. I believe that's correct. Deng would be where the cap clearance is. If they were able to do a S&T for say, just draft picks, I believe Bosh would count the same as just signing him outright would.

How do you figure that Cleveland's bench makes as much sense as a team with Noah and Rose? Because Varejao is better than Noah. And because Williams+Jamison aren't really worse than Rose+Deng, and at the very least are better suited to LeBron's game. Um...ok. That's not true though. woah look at nba superfan here all of a sudden at least let lebron sign with the bulls before you get all bandwagony If my choices are the Cubs, or being a Bulls bandwagoner...there is no choice.

ESPN.com has predictions. Of 8 predictions, 6 of them think Lebron ends up in Chicago, Chris Sheridan says the Knicks, and Marc Stein says Cleveland. I'm with you raw. The article mentioned that the Brandon Marshall deal might be the template for any deal for Jackson, and that was two 2nd rounders. I'd hate to give up more draft picks. But Lovie and Angelo are on the hot seat, so maybe they aren't thinking about those future picks like we are.

Ideas. But if we do land Bosh, a S&T is highly likely. Yeah...and it's pretty likely Deng would be part of it...but I think they'd probably want more than that. I don't think we'd sign Bosh at max before Lebron if a S&T wasn't involved...then you wouldn't have enough for Lebron.
