The announcers acted like it was clear as day...I sure didn't think so, Yeah his momentum was heading away from the bag but his foot leaving the bag and the ball being caught was very close. Right call, but closer than they made it sound.

I hope they give him a contract as well. Nothing like a knee jerk reaction. I am not sure this guy is that good. He's not actively making the team worse like Matheny was though.
