Heyman says that the Cubs and Braves agreed, but that the tweet indicates that 10 and 5 rights could be in play.

Does that really matter? It's not like Delgado has a whole lot of say in stopping a trade or approving one. He doesn't have a NTC or anything I doubt anyone on either side of this (Jed, Theo, Wren) first thought was to talk to Delgado's agent. Especially if this thing is still not 100% done. yeah I wouldn't think his agent would come into this until he's called to tell his client to pack his bags for Des Moines or Chicago. Until now he's mainly represented dogs.

Well they have to balance the deal, plus get Dempster to agree to the trade, and then physicals, etc. Sounds like the framework is agreed to, and they're sorting out details. At least from other reports.

Translation: I am waiting for someone else to report the return. Kaplan is an idiot, but he does have a history of breaking stories. Also, I ventured over to Talking Chop, and saw someone suggest that if Delgado was going, that they better be getting Reed Johnson or Shawn Camp back too. They appeared to be serious. Braves.com had similar sentiments. They mentioned Reed and Russell. Def not joking.
