A lot of pitchers have looked good against the Cubs. This...this is just a terrible, terrible post. Was I wrong? I don't think I'm really stretching to say that the Cubs hitting has not done well. Tanaka may well have been great (I'm only watching gameday) but lets not pretend he's going against murderers row here. Of all of the arguments you could take trying to somehow salve the Cubs not signing him there's probably a dozen ahead of "the Cubs suck so maybe he's not THAT good." Fair enough...but that really wasn't what I was trying to do. Just saying that so far this season, we've seen a lot of pitchers look like Cy Young winners against the Cubs. That's all.
