    K Rod would be great. CCs going to th Dodgers. He wants to play there, they have the need, and they have the money. I dont see us going after Sheets. Too many teams will be after him, and we already have one pitcher that makes me bite my nails every time the take him out of the game. Imagining Marmol to Wood to K Rod brings chills. Again, its all moot, as he will not be leavin Annaheim. walk rate up, k rate down, no thanks

    In other words, PERFECT GAME ALERT!!!!!!!! Soriano hopping to make the catch near the bullpen mound is scary. He seriously needs to stop doing that. I have no problem with him doing it out in the middle of left field. But when he's 5 feet away from a raised pitching mound, I'd rather he not. Didn't he tweak his hammy earlier this year doing that? And he kept doing it when he came back. It's maddening! Because he tried not doing it and suddenly he couldn't catch lazy fly balls. Ok, that's seriously dumb. How long has he been playing baseball, and he can't catch a routine fly without hopping like an idiot? JASON KIDD CAN'T SHOOT A FREE THROW WITHOUT WIPING HIS FACE WHAT AN IDIOT What wrong could possibly come from the hop? I really don't understand all the hate it gets. He's not a natural fielder at any position, whatever he can do to help himself is fine by me.

    The new regime is much better than the old one. The trainer is actually licensed these days, and players actually come off the DL and play again. It's just old scars from the Dusty days. Riot is probably fine. If he wasn't I'm sure he wouldn't have stayed in. He was walking around the clubhouse just fine after the game. I don't think it's any big deal. Good. That makes me feel better hearing it from an unbiased source. the other shoe was going to drop but theriot was wearing it to protect his decaying foot

    Not a chance I have a feeling that injuries are going to derail him sooner or later, and either way I don't think 400 home runs is a number that's going to make the voters wet their pants

    How can you say that, when they have barely been on the Cowboys at all? Jones hasn't played a game yet. What were the Bears/Titans supposed to do that they didn't. Don't act like the Cowboys have this magic calming influence on cons. why dont you go back to the "how many wins will the bears get this season 4 or 5?" thread, we're trying to get ready for the playoffs over here How many unhatched chickens you got there? right now im discussing the ramifications of our first round bye with a friend of mine as far as i can see, it just means that your playoff loss will come at home in the conference semifinals, rather than on wild card weekend. i didnt mean wins and losses i was just wondering about potential vacation spots for tony and jessica
