As soon as the bulls won the lottery i punched some numbers into my brain and said they would be stupid to not take rose. So i was right about that and I say Rose is like 5th for MVP. Guess we're at a standstill.
the heavy bat thing always seemed like a self-fulfilling prophecy to me, anyway. Every time he struck out on a check swing, someone would say "IT'S CAUSE OF THE HEAVY BAT." But no one ever checks if he's striking out on check swings more than anyone else does.
I'm curious as to how imb! will use this for one of his now customary giant, red "NO" posts. Rose's demolition of the Bucks won me a bunch of money in vegas, so there's a temporary moratorium on those posts. They will return as soon as i spend that money.
It's Chicago's fourth game in 6 days, two of which were extremely narrow, hard-won victories. And now they're playing a pretty well-coached, athletic team. 82 games, it happens. It's not like the Bulls are some unstoppable juggernaut.
Not that this has anything to do with the conversation here of Illini fans pretending to be relevant, but I want to kill everyone who is in favor of re-seeding in final fours
i saw him throwing against the orioles yesterday for a minute. He didn't have the long socks which was disappointing. I only saw him for a minute, did anyone see/did they say what his velocity was?
"does anyone else" has an abbreviation? really? No, he shouldn't have tried football. He's made 10 mil or whatever, with no risk of debilitating injury, and he's already surpassed the average NFL career in terms of money and length.
