it would be much more encouraging if he didn't have 6 walks total last year :wink: 17 in a season is pretty easy to improve upon, but improvement is still good.

Wow, I just looked it up and Cedeno only has 6 less walks this spring training than he had all of last year....Thats encouraging.

I just threw up in my mouth! Don't put that mental image in my head...EVER! I don't know who would win but the losers would be every single person who watched it. The only way I would be remotely interested in that match is if the loser had to submit to forced retirement. I would watch only because I'd be rooting for a double disqualification. :lol: Would you really have to watch to hope for a double dq? I think someone's looking for an excuse.

Sounds calm and reasonable to me. Sounds like someone thats pissed and bitter and is going to screw this team over the first change he gets and then start selling the "Cubs Suxxxx" t-shirts at white sox games.

He hasn't looked any better. His past 2 starts have been pretty good. So have Miller's.. Not if you count today as one of his last 2. I'm not panicking about Miller, I was just saying that Prior has been looking pretty good.
