    I may have missed it, but I don't recall Floyd dropping routine fly balls. Murton is a horrible outfielder. Floyd has gotten the last out in the past 2 games. I'm going to base my entire argument on that and say that Floyd should never bat again because if he bats then it will be the last out of the game and the Cubs will lose. Thats what I call unfailing logic.

    Because they brought him in to face Shawn Green, who was 2 for 22 against Scott Eyre, then they threw in David Wright after they brought him in, who is David Wright Did Lou forget that Wright was on the bench? It pretty much came down to Eyre facing Wright/ Dempster facing Green....Wright is a good amount better than Green, Dempster is a decent amount better than Eyre.

    This is what kills me. These groups come in and say certain cities are racist...and then just don't even count 2/3 of the people because of where they were born...I personally dont' see one bit of difference between Soriano and Lee but to Jesse Jackson its something to start a rally about. Yeah, I remember hearing Joe Morgan say the same crap a few years ago about there not being enough black players and then said that players like Sammy Sosa don't count. Obviously racism is the problem, but hillbilly racists do a background check before they hate someone.

    Might as well save the bullpen and just let Zambrano's arm fall all the way off.

    3 good pitchers. I definitely wouldn't call any of them HOF pitchers. I think Wood and Prior definitely had HOF potential. I don't think Zambrano was ever that good.

    Hey, guess what player ranked immediately behind Murton in GB/FB ratio last year in all the NL? Jacque Jones. I guess he becomes a light hitting OF too... since your only qualification for that seems to be that he "can't hit past the infield." And his arm is too inaccurate to be a RF and his range is too poor to be a CF. That pretty much means he can't play anything else besides LF. Just ask any Twins scout. :roll: Did I say anything about Jacque Jones dickwad? Jones at least has some HR power and is better defensively in RF. He can actually get to the balls and catch them. yea, his arm Sox. If it was up to me, I'd get another RF. But Murton isn't the answer. HAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!

    Jones can't do jack against Lefties. I'm well aware. I just don't see why we play him everyday until Pie is sent down. We let Pie rot on the bench and then play Pagan the day he is sent down.

    Armas' numbers are only BARELY better than Eyre's. Every time a player swings at a first pitch, he should drop for 20 pushups on the spot. PLEASE don't choke cubs. Only if they don't get an XBH. I wouldn't mind Lee or Aramis swinging at a first pitch if they can take it out of the park.
