I'd be pissed if someone did that to me in the middle of a messy divorce. It's a quote from his mom, so who knows if it's 100% accurate, but it fits with the next piece of evidence. Mrs. Dukes allegations may/may not be true, but she's certainly a gold digger. I'll wait until I see some hint of evidence that her allegations of death threats are true. There is nothing to substantiate her claims as far as I can tell. My first thing if I was involved in a divorce would be to either take her name off the account completely, or move my money to a place where she couldn't get to it. With that being said though, I would still be pissed if this happened. I don't think I'd threat her kids, and probably not her either but with tensions being strained with the current circumstances I could see it. At this point, I cut her off 100% until everything is settled in court and the papers are final. Asking for almost all of his pay is ludicrous, though. I'd be nice and give her around 15%. If she isn't happy with $4500 a month for 2 kids, I'd tell her to go blow it out her ear because she isn't getting any more.
