    If Neifi was our starting SS then I would be all over Greene. Right now he is not enough of an improvement to trade away other pieces to get him. I would not trade Derosa straight up for him to begin with. Cedeno could match his numbers IMO(w/ exception of power), and play a close enough defense. Even if we did get Greene he would still be our #8 hitter.

    I have no desire to see Jozy in MLS next season. There is really no point unless he is afraid of being home sick. But Real Madrid, wow. It would be cool to see him playing for them, but only to get buried under talent. Unless they buy him and loan him out for the next 2-3 years. I still want to see him go to Liverpool and play along side Torres. He will be better than Crouch and Dirk Kuyt within 2 years.

    Could still sell high for Miggy. according to most rumor sites, we aren't even in the conversation for miggy. all i hear is Yankees, Angels, Dodgers I would knock out the Yankees cause they won't pay what is needed for him.

    Pretty much is a road match as the Mexican crowd will likely outdraw the Americans. Yeah, but it's at Reliant and the fans are really tame. i was at the one in 2003, US fans were outnumbered 12:1 or so. Pretty much like the Gold Cup final this summer. Then make $1 beer night, and the fans will get a little rough :-).

    I don't like giving them both up, unless Marmol is having his shoulder held together with duct tape and we simply don't know it. I really really like Marmol so giving him up is difficult no matter what.

    Hill and parts for Crawford. Sign Fukudome, move Pie and parts for Bedard. At that point I could careless if Theriot stays at SS. Crawford Soto Lee Aram Soriano Fukudome Derosa Theriot Zambrano Bedard Lilly Marquis Prior/Hart/whoever We should score enough runs to cover #4 and #5 starters.

    Me=Happy. Why was Eddie Lewis on the team to begin with? Probably the age/experience factor. blah, that works even worse in soccer than it does baseball.

    If Braun had played the entire season his numbers could have exceeded Pujlos rookie season at least in several categories. He simply was great. Long term I think I would take Tulo, but Braun deserved the award.

    Tech is a team that if you don't prepare for correctly or don't respect them they can beat any team in the nation. The example I still think of is what they did to Cal 3 years ago I think in the Holiday Bowl after Cal complained about not making a BCS ahead of Texas.

    Players should not be allowed to do that. Ichiro started that, I hate it. Are you trying to be offensive, or just don't know any better? How is using his name offensive? He should not be ashamed of his name. I have a funny last name and I took a lot of crap for it, but I am still proud of my name. And I did say that I can see that in his case, but it should not be a trend. At least he is not being Brazilian and trying to have a one word name :-)
