I played against a team that didn't speak any english last night. I am even more ready than before for them to beat the crap out of them. I haven't even looked at the Mexico roster, but I am sure I will hate more than half the team.

you love that the top recruit in the nation didn't sign on National signing day? yeah, that's the kid I want...the one who is 18 and already doesn't want to play by the rules because he thinks he's too good for him. yeah, he won't hold out of NFL camp in 3 years for a huge contract or anything. Hey Tyrelle, maybe you'd heard of Maurice Clarett? learn from the past Or it could be that hes an 18 year old kid, trying to make the biggest decision in his life so far, and hes still undecided. But I guess that would just be absurd and arrogant of him. Agreed, especially in light of the kid who just got screwed over. I am sure Pryor has been feed more BS from just about every school in the nation, can't be too easy to make a decision. The last thing he wants to do is make a decision he will regret next week.

Having just moved to Dallas I am more interested in seeing the Frisco Rough Riders than I am the Rangers. I don't dislike the Rangers I juts have almost zero interest in them, and more interest in seeing other AL teams come to play them. I think I lost interest in them once Nolan Ryan retired.

OU did very well. If Texas can get Darrell Scott, it will help them out a lot. ESPN gives Texas a better class than Rivals.

He is one of those signing day national tv guys. I would put money on him picking Michigan. I am very interested to where him and Julio Jones, and Darrell Scott are going to go. Pryor = OSU Scott = Texas I have no clue with Jones. Alabama? Just my guesses. It was fun when Scott was considering UCLA for one day. I know Jones is getting pressure to saty in state, still hoping Tech somehow winds up with him. Of course if Texas Tech gets him I am going to hate playing them more than I already do. Scott I am about 75% sure is going to Texas which will be great cause we really need him now, him along with Tre Newton gives Texas some renewed depth at RB. Pryor I just think is going to be given everything he wants by Michigan and now the perfect system for his type, can start next year at Michigan or Red-Shirt at OSU. Thats 3 of rivals top 6 still undecided, Scott could make a decision this weekend it sounds like.

I think this makes a lot of sense as a follow up trade with Pie being involved in the 1st one. Outside of that I don't really see it happening. I think he could be had for pretty cheap given his contract.

Guzan has left camp to go to England. Sounds like Villa is a done deal. We now have 5 keepers in the BPL. He will be back for the Mexico game. I like that jersey a lot, very simple and clean. I can't wait for a National Team game in Frisco. Hopefully against a European opponent.

Brescia is 6th in Seria B with a game in hand. They are 7 points out of promotion. He needs to play as much as possible. I still really like him, and want to see him become a force.

My question is who is the avg. fan that you are talking about, the Americans? I think if we asked non premier league fans in England they would fully object to this idea. I just don't see the FA Cup declining, and I am not over there to witness it. We are less than two years removed from maybe the greatest FA Cup final in history. It is still the most popular league cup in the world IMO, last year we saw Blackburn and Watford make it to the semi's. To me it looks like we are trying to Americanize something that is really not broken.

it doesn't matter, plus the small clubs rake in a lot of money by advancing each round. You still see a 2nd division team make the last 8 and every now and then make the last 4. To me the FA Cup is the people's cup that gives the 100+ professional teams a chance. The Premier League already has its own league, why cater the Cup towards them too? The 1st and 2nd division are not given a lot of credit.

How do they do the draws for the FA Cup - do they not seed any of the teams? here's the 3rd round draw from earlier this year. i've said they should seed it and make it a huge bracket like the ncaa. the people of england have complained about the fa cup losing a lot of its luster, but making it bracketed will add some excitement. I would disagree. For me the FA Cup is about the 2nd and 3rd division teams having a shot of going far. Adding seeding would eliminate a lot of them earlier. I love seeing the small team make far even if they get lucky with the draw.

That would be stupid for both teams. Agreed. Barber + Felix Jones > McFadden. I love McFadden, but I am more than happy with those two running backs. Barber is on the verge of being a top 5 back and one of the best inside the redzone. -

I don't think McFadden slips past the Raiders, though Justin Fargas did a nice job. I know Jerry Jones is in love with him though and being from Arkansas that makes him love him even more. I would be perfectly happy with Felix Jones as a late 1st round pick, and think he could be a real steal in the draft as well. If they some how pulled it off and got McFadden I would more than happy. I certainly wouldn't be upset with McFadden, but I think I'd almost like to see the Cowboys go CB with one pick (If McKelvin or Cromartie are there) and then WR with the next. I think Jamal Charles will be there at the end of the second, and I'd grab him then. Charles should be there at the end of the 2nd I would think unless he just blows everyone away with his speed at the combine. I do worry about Charles becoming another Julius Jones though. He should stay in college for one more year, and could be very solid two years from now. -
Arsenal at Man U in the 5th round of the FA Cup. That should be interesting.
