    Al Davis is the worst owner in football. He means well and wants to win but is beyond clueless and desverse all the problems the Raiders have. I actually feel bad for their fans.

    A sweep of the Brewers would wipe six games off of the magic number. Tomorrow could wipe out 3 games too. Though that would pull the phillies into a tie for the wild card and potientially the Cubs playing them in the 1st round. Something I would not be excited about. They aren't that scary. We can take 'em. I might prefer having the CC/Sheets combo taken out before they can do damage in the playoffs. I would just rather take on the Dodgers first then worry about whoever after that.

    Part of it might be both teams are young 5 years old or less with brand new and very nice stadiums. On the bright side in Frisco we bought the package that includes all you can eat food. Though the prices are the exact same. You just have to buy the 8 game package.

    You mean the Coliseum, not the Rose Bowl. USC and the Coliseum are at the very northern edge of South Central LA, one of the worst neighborhoods in the U.S. They're about 5 miles from Watts. The Rose Bowl is in a very affluent neighborhood in northwestern Pasadena. Yes this. I think they talk about it once a week on the Lex and Terry show. I just always pictured USC being in a very nice area even though I knew about it.

    There is potential to clinch this week. It's unlikely, but possible. They just can't keep playing like crap.

    Supply and demand. Minor league tickets cost more than $10. Really? I got front row seats next to scouts for $8 at Rancho Cucamonga. That's how much it costs for tickets to sit in the outfield grass in the Texas League. They are usually around $18. Don't even get the option for front row, although last week Nolan Ryan was sitting right in front of me in the front row. I guess that's why.

    They always talk about on the morning radio show how USC and the Rose Bowl being in a horrible part of LA, practically in Watts. Is this true?

    Going to turn out to be a pretty bad weekend for the big 10 if Wisc doesn't win this game. OSU was always going to happen that way. But the Badgers need to be able to win this one. If the Badgers want any chance at sniffing the national championship, this is the game they need to win. I think this could be said about every game they play.

    If Cubs announce they will forfiet games to be played after the season assuming they have already won the division every other owner in baseball will push Selig.

    This shouldn't be a revelation, but without C.Ronaldo, United aren't really that special. A loss for United Is always nice though.

    Cal is very inconsistent. Over the past 5 years few teams have been more disappointing than Cal.
