Pansies. I'm not a fan of either team, but that game is usually a heck of a lot more entertaining than most opening weekend garbage. Why not play 1 quality non-con opponent? I understand losing a home game hurts, but come on, give the fans a show. I like the whole 1/2 and 1/2 crowd thing in the border city, too. Until some sort of rule is made, no one is going to play anybody OOC. Outside of traditional rivalries, only Ohio State (give them some credit even though they have 8 home games every year) and USC seem interested in playing ANYONE outside their conference. The UT-OSU home and home was fun. I would like to see Texas and TCU go at it once, though TCU has a tough time getting people to schedule them also. Still with the BCS setup the way it is OCC is not real important for anyone in a major conference, especially if there is a ton a parity in the Big XII and SEC.
