  1. Crap, now that earns him more playing time...ugh Ummm...Silly wabbit...Performance doesn't earn you playing time...age earns you playing time. Ah, of course, silly me!
  2. Crap, now that earns him more playing time...ugh
  3. SO glad that Holly's in there and Murton's keeping the bench warm... geesh.......
  4. Hey Dude, Holly needs to stay sharp...
  5. Macias and Hollandsworth, great... At least Cedeno is in there. Jeez...give Murton a decent chace, would ya??
  6. I think you're right. Didn't he just hit two HR's earlier in the series against the lefty???
  7. please more Cedeno/Murton Please no more Neifi/Hollandsworth
  8. Nice to see you back, Lumafia! good post, too...
  9. Praise be, no Hollandsworth or Perez!
  10. Good Lord, you played golf in this heat?? Yes i know. It's very hot here in Louisville. I live in Jefferson County, you? Yep!
  11. I guess it depends on your interpretation. She's 19. I'd say she's a "gal!"
  12. Looks like McKeon might be out the door in Florida http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8617900/
  13. Well, whenever he comes back, I'll be holding my breath every time he comes to the plate or goes to his l/r to field a ball...
  14. It's been reported that he could be back in early August, I think they said he's on schedule to return in early August. I agree with you, I don't know how he can come back in August and play everyday after tearing his groin four months previous. Ramirez was having problems with his groin the last two months of the season last year after only straining it. I don't think he'll be back. If he does, I don't see how he can play every day. All it takes is one slip out of the box (like he did when he injured himself) and his groin will rip into shreds like tissue paper on Xmas Day
  15. Shouldn't the thread read "IF" Nomar comes back? I'd be surprised if he does...
  16. Well, you see, you can "just tell" that Corey doesn't care that he's doing badly, and it "just seems" that Neifi is sad when he's not doing well. So, Corey deserves to be booed.
  17. And even when they will lose and he's down in AAA, it'll STILL be his fault!
  18. After I read this article this morning, I knew that Corey would be subject to "damned if you do, damned if you don't" (Sorry about the language, but that's the cliche.) Ta-dah.... I hope he makes his adjustments and comes back strong.
  19. Joe actually said that? On national tv.
  20. I believe it's been said that he'd be put on waivers if he were sent down...
  21. Sandberg handled that with class.
