    No. What's sad is we won this despite dusty. How stupid is it to keep marshall in the game in the 6th when we had the perfect scoring opportunity to use a good pinch hitter there. Dump dustbag and maybe we have a chance.

    Fred? Anybody have Nevin's splits for the last couple years during his limited play for. . Against Righties Against Lefties In Wrigely Feild He hasn't looked too good average wise. But if he's better against Righties it's a situation where we could use Nevin at 1st one day, and Walker at 1st for another depending on matchups.

    Question, will he be playing today? Dusty generally benches new guys for a day to let him soak it in and get used to the club. .

    I'm not very savy with what all players were available but I can atleast add what I'd have done this off season. . Neifi Rusch Williams Bynum Would not have been on my team this year. Either traded or not signed. . Nomar would have been offered a deal as a super sub. 1B, 2B, 3B, possibly OF. Would have went after 1 #2 calibur SP via trade over the off season. These couple minor moves alone would have vastly improved the team.

    I agree. And hey, Nevin will take Hairston and Neifi out of the line-up at 2B for the most part since Walker will be at 2B. And he's deffinatly an upgrade over Mabry playing there. A little too late. But Hairston for Nevin+Cash is a good move. A good MINOR move. But it's not a bad move if Lee won't be back for a couple of weeks.
