I was a little worried about the strikeouts, but he just looks/acts so calm and collected up there, like he's been up forever. It's like he just had to get that first game done and then his system rebooted and he downloaded the right drivers and everything works fine now. Maybe it is just his natural facial expression, but there have been a few at bats (in big situations where I am really nervous) where when they show the close up of him from the side as he digs in, he has a small smile on his face... Like he is just enjoying the moment, and I immediately calm down. So different than the first day where it seemed like he was pressing. All four of Rizzo, Soler, Bryant and even Castro seem to have that going; Castro's weird little sequence right before he had the big hit at the end cracked me up because of how loose he seemed. Soler starts his AB with a look like he's in a trance and his only focus is widowing baseballs.
