Thibodeau has lost just about every important player on his team in playoff series the previous 3 years to a series of fluke injuries that have a specious, if any, connection to the minutes they have played. This series hasn't been his finest (and last year's wasn't either), but his record speaks for itself. Right, it's bizarre how people just gloss over that they were missing their most critical player for multiple playoff runs.

Come on with this [expletive]. Sorry, but Thibs' teams play much better during the regular season. Why? Comparing the regular season to the playoffs isn't going to prove anything. And Thibs' teams playoff record is skewed for pretty glaring reasons. It's not like they haven't had some great playoff series under him, and you're talking about this series like it's been a bust from the start. Two very frustrating losses, sure, but it's not like everything is over because they're 3-2 against an excellent defensive team.
