So you seriously think because the Tigers dropped a couple of key bunt singles last night they are now going to attempt to repeatedly do the same today? It's not like they got those hits last night because of crippling breakdowns or flaws in the Cubs' defense; they were just laid down perfectly (which doesn't usually happen) and the Cubs (rightly) weren't expecting it. If they try to make it a thing again today the, for one, aren't likely to lay down bunts the good repeatedly, and the Cubs are going to be expecting it. So, yeah, it's pretty "crazy." Especially when they can also crush the ball and the wind is going to be howling out, so I seriously doubt they're going to be repeatedly trying the same moves they did in the 8th of a tie ballgame being played after midnight.
