    I just wonder what the reason is. Is it an "I don't want to poison my body" type situation? Or maybe a history of alcoholism in his family that makes him overly cautious? I mean, I don't drink much...but it's mostly a taste aversion...and I certainly can't say I've never had a drink... I don't know how applicable it is to Bryant, but as someone who also has never drank, it's a combination of things. Upbringing(my parents didn't drink at all), picky tastes(I don't try a lot of new food/drink regardless), personal conservatism/willpower(I have a hard enough time not eating all the Oreos the same day I open the package, no need to risk that portion control with alcohol), and social circles(my friends either don't drink or do so rarely). On the one hand, this is a very thoughtful and well-reasoned response. On the other hand...

    there was some story out there that jordan called up wade when he was rumored to be going to the bulls and told him he shouldn't go there/asked him if he was sure he wanted to or something along those lines. Back in 2010? That's funny as hell, because then he was talking horsefeathers about not needing to call Magic or Bird back in his day. Classic dick-move Jordan.

    Granted, I only know two people who spent any kind of significant time in prison, but both of them said the worst thing outside of the crippling boredom are the toilets right there in the cell. Nobody truly gets used to that kind of exposure.

    Hovering is the problem; you get in that position your nasty butt cheeks are still clenching together just causing spatter. If outside the home pooping must be done, nature is always preferred because you can get a real hammy test and pop a squat. Most everything blasts free and clear, and any cleanup can be handled by a sacrificed pair of underwear.

    Definitely have no issues using them nor am I grossed out by them in any way. My body just gets all jacked up when I'm out of town and I'm basically constipated for 24-48 hrs. Not a conscious decision in any way. From what I understand, this happens to lots of people. I wonder if it's some sort of animal/territory instinct related thing The dreaded Truffle Syndrome.

    You're the weirdo that has desensitized himself to it; public bathrooms are hideous most of the time. It's perfectly natural to be grossed out by them.

    Oh, hotels are fair game; no problem using those at all. Hell, the lobby bathrooms of decent hotels are usually the oasis when it comes to public bathrooms.
