Sure, in the end Heyward gave The Rain Delay Speech, and you can't really put a price on that...but holy horsefeathers, his signing is looking worse and worse.
Yeah, the Cubs' fate is pretty much all in their hands; the Brewers not being garbage is annoying, but if the Cubs consistently play anything like the Cubs they're SUPPOSED to then the Brewers are toast.
He's probably just a freak. They're not going to extract some kind of super soldier serum or one trick that personal trainers HATE if they get their hands on him, you loon.
Why are you acting like this is a controversial thing to say. "Awesome player would be even more awesome in hitter-friendly ballpark." NO, I CAN'T HANDLE YOUR TRUTH-SAYING.
that's an oddly timed comment considering he hit a ball 107 mph in his last at bat and just hit another one very solidly after a good AB he also has been kinda back to his average offensive self since june i havent been watching the game, I just saw his stat line following on Gameday and realized how sad it looked. I do see .805 OPS in June and .708 in July. I was hoping for a leap this year though. Don't let that dorky robot push you around; Russell is doomed.
