For real, though; the sound system at Wrigley has had unbearably sound levels depending on where your sitting basically forever. The best seats we ever had for a couple of seasons were only marred by the deafening volume of the music/announcing.
They're supposed to be, but basically as soon as I moved away from Chicago I immediately reverted back reading everything as also being in my same, normal timezone.
Isn't this normal for an eastern time zone game? I still manage to forget almost every day that we've got clods here who put up game threads without "CST" in the damn title. For shame, JERSEY cubs fan; after yesterday's bizarre start time, I thought tonight was 6:10 PM EST again.
It's not as big a story now, but it's just been "accepted" in that it's a thing that's going to happen until it's renegotiated. It's really not something anyone is happy about except for the FOs.
