You haven't been around this team long, have you? Since 2002. Most of the current Cubs haven't been around that long either. The only point I had is that it's very annoying to see someone make sure everyone knows how optimistic they are during every single game no matter what's happening. You can say bad things about the Cubs, they won't hate you. I'm optimistic but not as much as you think. Kinda funny how this whole issue started with me simply saying...lol you guys are funny. Because it's a running posting theme with you and it can't help but often come across as being very mocking of people here.

Optimists are obnoxious. Meanwhile, Marquis needs to hit the showers and the waiver wire fast. What does age have to do with anything? And realists? Are you kidding me? How many times has the season been over already? How many times have we seen the Cubs tank their playoff chances? How many times have we seen the Cubs tank even if they manage to make the playoffs?
