    While I agree with your overall point, football does not work this way. Well they can't just redo the whole thing every year and that's what they've been doing. No, the whole "spending several years working towards" something; that's not realistic. And what have they been redoing every year besides the parade of OC's? Granted, that's a significant part, but you're talking like they've had a huge regular team turnover. They brought in Trestman, but that was a necessary singular move.
