    Congrats! It's pretty great. My boy is just about two months old. There are some downsides, of course, but it's definitely worth it. My mom already bought him a little Lee jersey T. I brought him home in a Cubs onesie... he was swimming in it, but I had to get him started early. The bad thing is all our kids are gonna think that the Cubs are always this good. I pray to God my future kids grow up thinking the Cubs were always 'this good'.

    We should have Eyre'd Howry to begin with and kept Eyre as the Howry role.

    Pull everyone out of the game with any value. Oh wait, that's pretty much our entire lineup this year damn. I just said "pinch hit Edmonds for Soriano" and realized a second later there's no way I want Edmonds hit either. It's a good problem to have I guess.

    When I lived in South Carolina as a little kid, I rooted for the Braves. Now I hate them more than any NL team save probably the Cardinals and Brewers. Every single effing series they stir crap up and it really pisses me off.

    Lilly gets tossed after an HBP that was probably not intentional for the 2nd time in a row in Atlanta. Lovely.

    Not too worried about the Cardinals at this point. I've said it before: The Cardinals can get all the ridiculously lucky seasons they want. I'll be slightly annoyed but in the end they won't make the playoffs, so it doesn't matter. Oh, geez.

    I could see Lou letting Aramis decide and I could see him sitting him regardless. I'd probably give him a day.

    I think it depends on which rib. If its one that seriously effects his swing awhile. If its not, it might only be a week or two. Worst case scenario, Rammy is out a month (but this isn't likely) And the one he appeared to have hurt was his right one, not the left one, so that's good news.

    I really doubt he's out more than a few days. DeRo at 3rd, Fontenot at 2nd for the weekend, perhaps.

    He scored, so we don't know yet, but I'd be surprised if he comes back in regardless of the severity.

    Not that I saw. A little bit, but nothing scary bad. He looked pretty much ok.

    That's why I have hope it's not too bad. He didn't look too bad walking off, just angry and easing on his right leg a bit.
