  1. I don't know, she's pretty nice looking.
  2. Rizzo took off for second with Baez on 2nd and Baez didn't go to 3rd. Brewers dropped the ball before being able to execute any kind of rundown and Baez got to 3rd and Rizzo back to 1st without plays at either base.
  3. At what exactly? I enjoy his perspective and analysis. I'm not going to hold his awful play by play against his competency as an overall color guy. That's on the Cubs radio network for not having an update guy that can be competent at it. They have Mark Grote sitting right there, who can't possibly be worse. I have to think Coomer wants to do it. For some reason.
  4. It doesn't really matter, but how is our defense better with Javy in LF and Zobrist in 2B rather than vice versa?
  5. Think it was leg or foot, but he trotted to first without much of a problem
  6. He's basically Billy Hamilton without as much speed. I remember having him in fantasy for his random power outburst in April of I think 2014.
  7. I should emphasize that I'm not necessarily talking about this game since we'd need a few more runs to make sure, but it's sort of funny how many games this year already have been pretty boring by the late innings because it's so obvious we're not going to lose.
  8. [tweet] [/tweet]
  9. It is not at all possible Forget all the logistical reasons it's not possible, the teams in those regions would raise holy hell if half their home schedule took place in April and September
  10. Have I mentioned I miss Schwarber lately? If not for his injury this would barely be an issue - get him some more time behind the plate.
  11. Same old [expletive], but much less annoying with a healthy division lead.
  12. Not that I don't think he can do it, but Ross catching 3 games in a row, including a day game after a night game, is interesting.
  13. I have Russell/Schwarber/Bryant/Rizzo shirseys. I feel like I'm set for a while. I sort of want a Heyward one, but I feel like 4 is plenty.
  14. We played them. "Finish with a 135-7 stretch" is what he was going for there.
  15. They're planning to start their own network, and if the business guys are as smart as the baseball guys, they'll figure out a way to make it work financially even if the cable thing goes to hell.
  16. All brain This post juxtaposed with the one directly above it does not produce healthy images in my head
  17. I don't know, I think we might let up after the lead gets to about 30. Yes, I know what you meant
  18. The Cubs win a 16-0 no-hitter, the person who started that thread starts the next damn thread. That's the way of the world.
  19. So according to a SportsCenter tweet, the only other 2 teams to win by 13+ in a no-hitter in the World Series era also won the World Series that year.
  20. Let's see some quick outs like that in the 7th too
  21. He's been very good over there since day one.
  22. Fowler/Heyward/Bryant/Rizzo/Soler/Zobrist/Russell/Ross is the lineup per @MLBLineups
