Not that it's Heyward's fault at all because Russell was an idiot, but if he just kept going into the tag Russell will reach 3rd. Jake probably strikes out anyway so it doesn't matter much but annoying.

I picked up PF in early June in my right foot. Quickly grabbed some insoles designed for PF and they've been a godsend. I run a couple times a week, about 3 miles, and have had no major problems since. -
Coghlan is on the DL. Even if he were released when he's healthy (which he may be) he won't make any roster room. I figured I must have missed him going on the DL since he hasn't played in so long. Thanks
