  1. Played on the same synthesizer used to record Van Halen's Jump, a truly historic moment
  2. Looked like Bote thought for a second it was on purpose then decided it wasn't (tapping himself on the jersey)
  3. Best game of the season so far. I'm sure this was a fluke but I'm ok with giving Davis the next Yu start to see if the combo can click.
  4. I was thinking the same. Anyone who's good defensively at SS should be even better at 2B, even more so if his only real defensive weakness is the arm. Russell should be at 2B if they're going to make us watch him at all.
  5. I seem to recall Dexter may have dropped one for St. Louis, but that's ok And I think Soriano did once, too, for us. Soriano definitely did, which I think precipitated him getting rid of it.
  6. How many guys make that play Javy just did? 3, maybe?
  7. He missed BAD with that last one. Definition of a hanger. So great that Javy knew exactly what to do with it.
  8. Why the hell did Hamels even come back for the 6th?
  9. I don't have a problem with what he said, or with bat flips/celebrations. He specifically said he wouldn't tell his guys not to do it, and that's enough for me.
  10. Drop Judge, add Eddie Rosario (both $75)
  11. No idea, but when I Googled his name along with Russell's to see what you were talking about, the top result was a Muskat article about Russell celebrating Mother's Day in '16 with Melisa that should probably just get pulled down.
  12. 22. Several really easy ones, of course, but there are some really surprising answers in there.
  13. That was one of those that you feel like if Bryant were right, it gets out.
  14. If Almora could just hit at all he would be such a great asset. That was sweet.
  15. Chalk up another [expletive] replay review
  16. Any reason we shouldn't be in on Blake Swihart after the Red Sox surprisingly DFA'd him? He has to be better than Taylor Davis at least, and we can't necessarily count on Caratini being as good as he was pre-wrist injury.
  17. This is the most Darvish inning ever
  18. I'm surprised they scheduled it for June 3. That means the Angels are playing in Seattle the Sunday before, flying to Chicago for one game, then going back to Anaheim. I thought it was going to end up being on Monday Sept. 23 (Angels in Houston the day before and Anaheim the day after, so I guess that's not much of a difference). Then again, I also see that that day will be the only day for almost an entire month that they're not on the West Coast.
  19. Yes, right to the umpire while yelling "horsefeathers you!" and slamming his helmet down
  20. Of course, none of the other dumb horsefeathers that happened matters if Brach and Rosario can find the strike zone with a horsefeathering GPS against terrible hitters
  21. Well, except for the fastball right down the horsefeathering chute on the first pitch
  22. That Contreras AB was as bad as any horsefeathers burger Almora has ever served up. Colossally bad work
