    It really doesn't though Gonna have to agree with 17 Seconds here. It makes me feel a lot better. The problem with the idea that the Cubs deserve this is you have to explain why the organization bilking taxpayers for yet another horsefeathering stadium when they're not even done paying for their current one deserves to win

    Sadly, the Cubs pitchers are also making every at bat feel like a grind. Yeah, my way too early takeaway from this team is that the offense looks capable of taking us to October by itself, but how in the world do you win a playoff series with Lester/Hendricks/who the hell knows as your playoff rotation?

    My feed said it happened on 4 pitches. Probably a glitch. At least 1 of the pitches (the last one) was a strike, too. Offense looks good again. Cut down on the freaking pitch count, Yu, and we'll have something

    One upshot about opening last season in Miami was we didn't have one. I wouldn't want a domed home stadium, but there are times I see the appeal.
