    Y'know, now I think of it, the Giants are one of the few teams I've never met a fan of. Alot of them around here due to Eli. I don't really care if the Giants win or lose, I just root for Eli. So, not sure if they qualifies me as a Giants fan. Never liked Eli, especially after that SD flap. I once said I'd rather have Craig Krenzel since he was 3-0 as a start (at the time) and Eli was something like 1-6. :oops:

    Phil Rivers is a star in this league - Bettis So glad I took him - as my backup QB no less - in a bunch of leagues. So pissed I sat him for Marc Bulger today in Roast's league.

    I'm trying to decide who to root for but since these teams are almost certainly the two bye teams in the NFC, it's probably irrelevant to me who wins.

You're gonna come in here, when the Bears are losing, say something degrading them, and expect us not to jump on you? Seriously, please explain to me your logic in posting that? I'm all ears.     Why don't you wait and see if your 4-4 team can even make the playoffs. There are only two very good teams left on our schedule (Eagles and Giants) and the Falcons and Saints are in free-fall mode. I'm pretty sure we're getting in. You already lost to 4-5 Minny and 4-5 Cincy. Don't get ahead of yourself. We were without Smith and should've beat Minny. I'm still pissed at Chris Gamble for that ridiculous lateral on the punt return. It's crap like that that got Carolina to 4-4 in the first place. Excuses are like *******, everyone has one. Where was the excuse? Gamble lost us that game. I flat-out said that. This is a Bears thread. Take a hike. Tell that to a Cardinals fan in a Cubs thread and you'd get banned. I'm starting to see Truffle's point about posting in Bears threads - it just isn't worth the hassle.

So b/c the Saints lost on the road today to the defending SB champs they are in "free fall". They still have a better record than your underachieving bunch. Again, see us all again after tomorrow night's game, a trap if I ever saw one. They also got killed two weeks ago at home by a Baltimore team that just lost to the Titans.

    How bout you wait to comment til the games over. Even if the Bears win this game (which I fully expect them to do), they only have so many comebacks in them. One of these times the Bears will have to stop coughing it up. They have one loss. How many does Carolina have? Oh yeah, 4. Just concentrate on winning your game tomorrow. or not being third in the division Carolina would have to be pretty freaking pathetic to be 3rd in the NFC North. But I didn't make that comment to get into a pissing match.

    Count me surprised. I thought Arkansas was jumping ND for sure. ND is 5 in the human poll and 5 in the puters. Arkansas is 6 in the humand and 9 in the puters. Thats where they get em. Rutgers is #2 in the puters ahead of OSU. Wow, I thought Arkansas' CPU rating would be higher. In that case I don't see a way Arkansas leapfrogs ND if both win out simply because USC will provide a big boost to ND's SOS to counter the LSU/SEC title game opponent boost for Arkansas.
