    I read something about Kiffin in Knoxville. I think he'd be a good--albeit risky--hire for Tennessee. I didn't even really like him at USC but he'll be a recruiter and he can scheme pretty well. I actually like him more as a head coach after his Raiders stint.

    LSU in rare "oh crap we're in the two minute drill we better run the clock!!" mode.

    to be fair, he only missed his receiver by 10 yards on that pass. The intimidation factor of SEC DEFENSES and SPEED is so great that unpressured quarterbacks can be excused for over throwing receivers on routine in patterns.

    I swear 50% of the reason why the SEC gets such a reputation for good defense is because of wretched quarterback play. How many awful reads and errant throws have their been in this game so far? Wilson and Lee are terrible.

    Basketball can be the most frustrating sport to watch because the opportunity to do something dumb happens so frequently. Unfortunately the Bulls take as many of those opportunities as they can.

    That was a Bears-worthy implosion by Cleveland there. Quinn looks the part, though. His decisoin making was very good and he's got a lightning quick release--mechanics look solid too. He left some yards on the field with some errant throws but he was generally very accurate. Too bad he has a bunch of losers dropping balls or getting stripped.

    83 points to Cleveland after 3 quarters? Who remembers when this was one of the elite defensive teams in the league? No, I'm not talking about the Jordan, Pippen, Worm, and Harper defensive teams...I'm talking about the good defensive teams that had largely the same personnel as this one.

    STOP PLAYING THE 3 GUARD LINE UP VINNY. God. We have neither the size in the backcourt or the rebounders/shot blockers in the front court to fool around with that.

    Have the Bulls run a set in the half court that's resulted in a good look? This over dribbling crap is infuriating.

    With as many contested jumpshots this team is forced to take in the half court we've got to find a way to get more up tempo.

    I like how Pax's strategy of drafting guys with big time college experience hasn't stopped them from making wretched errors in basic execution.

    I can't get over how bad of finishers Drew Gooden and Noah are.

    Deng is nothing more than a statue in this offense. What happened to running him off screens and getting his mindrange game pumping? He's not going to create off the dribble but he can be deadly when he's used correctly. All of our big men are really bad finishers around the basket. I'm tired of seeing Gooden flail around like Tony Parker around the rim.

    This team is really, really bad. We'll compete against awful teams but I see no chance for many victories against quality opponents. Terrible ball movement, massive amounts of over dribbling, and boneheaded plays galore. We don't stroke it well enough or defend anywhere consistently enough to make up for the massive flaws on this team.

    I think someone in the BUlls organization slept with Matt Goukas' wife or something. He doesn't really like us at all.

    I'll make my first positive statement of the night and say that Kirk has done an awesome job defensively down the stretch. This would seriously be a great steal of a win on the road.
