If this game is any indication of their play, I don't see them beating Georgia Tech, UNC, or Miami. Or maybe BC. They always do this though. Look crappy early and then grind out a bunch of wins to put themselves in position for a conference championship.
ridiculous Every time a new stud comes on the market (or holds out I guess) he becomes the highest paid X player ever. I don't think it means all that much.
I think it would be harder for a Boise State type of team to get ready for a quality, BCS conference opponent (almost) every week than for it to get geeked up and game plan for the one powerhouse on its schedule. That's where the biggest difference lies. I'm not against a non-BCS school getting a shot at the national title in theory though.
