offensive depth is even more impressive, to me. rolling a third line of JVR - richards - zherdev is ridiculous. on how many teams in the league can that be your first line? if you're doing power rankings, it's hard not to put them #1 right now, and Det/Wash/LA/Van all somewhere in the next 4

i don't know how it's arrogance, back in '08 i emphatically declared on here we'd go winless by like the 3rd week of the season, i'm not being an oblivious homer, they've just played well and are far better than their record would suggest it should be a pretty easy concept to grasp

trash talking rings kinda hollow when you [expletive] all over your own team every single [expletive] week, brainiac we were "badly outplayed" if you completely ignore turnovers, but if we do that then we also outplayed NYG, GB (by a huge margin), PHI at any rate, Stafford's probably lost for the year, so any goodwill i had for the season is mostly lost; you guys can keep incorrectly saying that we've sucked so far and i probably won't too much care about it and accounted for 7 TDs in those two games

seriously, the Lions just outplayed the Jets for 58 minutes until our mentally [expletive] 3rd string QB came in to sabotage the game we'd obliterate the Bucs and Hawks like we did the Rams, let's be serious here

in the power rankings i sent to elcaballo last week, i had the bears 23rd and the rams 21st, and i don't see much reason for either to have moved very far so there's your outsider perspective, they both blow
